The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Main Division along with Terjola police division as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained Anzor B. (DoB 1977) for committing premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on April 17, in Etseri village, detainee inflicted severe injuries with a blunt object to his mother in head area, Dezdemona Ch. (DoB 1948) on the basis of conflict due to which the victim died at the place of crime.
Law enforcers managed to detain Anzor B. three days later after the crime took place.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
