The officers of Tbilisi Main Division and Tbilisi Main Division of Patrol Police Department of Mia as a result of joint operative-investigative activities detained convicted in the past Mario Ch.(Dob 1945) for premeditated murder and illicit carrying of firearm.
Investigation established that detainee has inflicted multiple injuries to his son in law Merab M. (Dob 1963) with firearm on the ground of conflict at the park “Deda Ena” located in Tbilisi. The victim died at the place of crime. As a result of operative activities conducted by the law enforcers Mario Ch. was detained immediately in a few minutes after the crime took place.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the premeditated murder and illicit carrying of firearms. (Articles 108 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.)
