The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division detained previously convicted Zviad B. for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that in Oshora village on January 13 detainee murdered Fridon M. (DoB 1969) on the basis of conflict with a cold steel. Later detainee attempted to bury the body in order to erase traces of crime. As a result of operative-searching activities police detained Zviad B. several hours later after the crime took place. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
