The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department and Chkhorotsku Regional Division of MIA detained Goga P. (DoB: 1988) for premediated murder.
The investigation established that on April 30, 2016 in Kurzu village, Martvili region the convicted, being under the influence of alcohol as a result of quarrel inflicted death injury to Paata B (D.o.B.: 1979) with a cold arm and fled from the scene. Paata B died immediately upon his transfer to the hospital.
The law enforcers as a result of immediate operative and searching activities detained Goga P in Chkhorotsku. Police seized the evidence of crime – a knife.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premediated murder (Article 108, Criminal Code of Georgia).
