The officers of Vake-Saburtalo Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Bondo K (DoB: 1991) wanted for unlawful appropriation of another person's property.
The investigation established that the accused rented the apartment in Peking Avenue, Tbilisi and unlawfully appropriated household appliances, in particular, refrigerator, washing machine and TV. Later he pawned the mentioned items and managed to hide.
The law enforcers announced search on Bondo K. He was detained by Police in Senaki. All three items unlawfully appropriated from the rented apartment were withdrawn from the pawnshop as material evidences.
The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of appropriation that has resulted into considerable damage (sub-clause “c” part II, Article 182 of the Criminal Code of Georgia)
