The officers of Shida Kartli division of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Davit M. (DoB 1963) for drug crime and illegal purchase and keeping of explosives and armament. Davit M. was detained in Skra village, Gori district.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s house law enforcers seized 125 bullets, 6,8337gr of trotyl and 10,65gr of dried marijuana.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of armament, explosives and drugs, article 260 I part and article 236 I part of the Criminal Code. The committed crime envisages up to three years of imprisonment.
