The officers of Khashuri police division of Shida Kartli Regional Main Division exposed wood processing workshop located in Khashuri, Guramishvili Street.
Law enforcers found 10 cubic meters of wood illegally processed at the workshop owned by Levan Dz. The workshop was fined under te article 128 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Investigation against Levan Dz. Is in progress on the fact of illegal cutting of tree and bushes, article 303 I part of the Criminal Code.
Law enforcers also stopped the bus in Khashuri, Guramishvili Street. Driver of the bus Paata K. was illegally transporting timber and was fined under the article 286 of the Tax Code of Georgia.
