The officers of National Interpol Bureau of Georgia along with employees of Criminal Police Department under MIA, as a result of jointly held operative-investigative activities detained the citizen of Cameroon Antiero Van Donald Edibe Mock (DoB 1989) in Tbilisi. The mentioned person was wanted by Italy Interpol since 09.05.2015 under the red notice.
Antiero Van Donald Edibe Mock is convicted for committing the crimes envisaged by articles 416, 648, 484, 615 and 640 of the Criminal Code of Italy, which implies unauthorized access through the data processing system, criminal conspiracy and swindling committed under the aggravating circumstances.
At this moment the mentioned person is under arrest while pre-extradition procedures are underway.
