The officers of Didube-Chughureti police division as a result of the operative-investigative activities detained Irakli K. (DoB 1979) for hooliganism.
Investigation established that detainee violated public order, verbally and physically insulted a civilian and inflicted injury in head area with a firearm and thus caused health injury.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of hooliganism committed with firearm, article 239, III part of the Criminal Code.
