The officers of Gurjaani police division of Kakheti Regional Main Division detained Ilia T. (DoB 1992) for robbery as a result of operative and investigative activities.
Investigation established that late at night, detainee covertly penetrated the service center of “Liberty Bank” stole computer technic and left the crime scene. The fact of stealing took place in Bakurtsikhe village, Grjaani.
As a result of operative and investigative activities Ilia T. was detained several hours later in Bakurtsikhe village, Gurjaani. Policemen seized three personal computers as evidence. Detainee has pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of theft, article 177, II part, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
