The officers of Didube-Chughureti Division of the Detectives Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of immediate operative-searching activities detained Mikheil V. (DoB: 1977) for the attempted premeditated murder.
The investigation established that in Tbilisi on the parking lot of the National Bureau of Enforcement Avtandil A. (DoB: 1966) took revenge and wounded from a firearm Archil M. (DoB: 1972), while the accompanying person of Archil M. Mikheil V. inflicted a gunshot wound to Avtandil A.. Archil M. died in the hospital. Currently, Avtandil A. is in the hospital under the supervision of the police.
The law enforcers detained Mikheil V. in a few hours in Tbilisi. The weapons of crime were seized by police as material evidences.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of attempted and premeditated murder (Articles 19-108 and 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
