The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained Ukrainian citizen Aleksandre G. (DoB 1991) at Tbilisi International Airport for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities and import on the territory of Georgia. During the personal search policemen seized 9,8928 cannabis and 186 pills which according to expertise contains 22,3744 gr of the drug substance. Drug test revealed that Aleksanadre G. was the consumer of amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDM. Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities and import on the territory of Georgia, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph A and article 262 IV, sub-paragraph A envisaged by the Criminal Code.
