The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department along with Patrol Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained N.H. (DoB 1966) for drug crime in Tbilisi.
During the search activities held in detainee’s vehicle policemen seized 24 packages of drug substance, which according to expertise contains 12, 535gr of heroin.
Drug test revealed that N.H. was drug addicted person.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
