The officers of Samtredia police division and Imereti Regional Main Division as a result of jointly held operative-investigative activities detained Davit S. (DoB 1983) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search police seized two packages of drug substance, (12,3776 in total) which according to expertise is heroin drug and weighs 5,9036 gr. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
