The officers of Kvemo Kartli police division of Central Criminal Police Department of MIA as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained several times convicted Giunar I.( Dob 1988) at Sulkhan Saba street, Marneuli for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 70gr of drugs, which contains 18,27 gr of heroine according to the results of expertise.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code that envisages from 8 to 20 years or lifetime imprisonment.
