The employees of Lanchkhuti Division of Guria Regional Division of MIA as a result of operative-searching activities detained Iuri G.(Dob 1999), Otar K.(Dob 1998), Giorgi K.(Dob 1999), Levan L.(Dob 1999) and Luka J.(Dob 2000) for stealing committed in group.
Investigation established that on 16 February, in Shukhuti village, Lanchkhuti district exposed individuals damaged and penetrated the candle store of the St. George church, stole 500 GEL and fled from the place of crime. On the same day on they damaged window and penetrated the candle store on Jordania Street, Lanchkhuti and stole 30 GEL, church requisites and fled from the place of crime. Investigation also established that above mentioned individuals damaged back wall of the shopping booth owned by resident of Lanchkhuti and stole various clothes and perfumes.
The law enforcers seized part of the stolen items as evidences.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing by the group, article 177, II part, sub-paragraphs A and B and article 177, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
