The officers of Achara Main Division of Kobuleti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching activities detained Besik R. (DoB 1983) in Kobuleti on Memed Abashidze Street for the illegal purchase and keeping of drugs.
During detainee’s personal searching the officers seized 32 packets of narcotic substance. According to the expertise the substance contains 1,496 gr. heroine. The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
