Mr. Giorgi Mghebrishvili, the Minister of Internal Affairs, during his business trip to Minsk visited the “Almaz”, a special division for combat terrorism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus. The Minister of Internal Affairs met Mr. Victor Zuraev, the Director of the Division and got acquainted with the specifics of the activities of the Counter-terrorist Center.
Mr. Giorgi Mghebrishvili also visited Police Academy of Belarus, where he was presented the training methodology by the representatives of the Academy. At the end of the visit, the Minister had a tour to the State Museum of Belarus, where he commemorated Georgian soldiers heroically fallen in the World War II.
