Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Davit Khutsishvili left a note in the book of condolences at Tbilisi “Sakrebulo” building. Deputy Minister expressed deepest sorrow regarding the terrorist attack in Paris and condoled to French people on behalf of the Ministry.
