Apparatus for Protection of Personal Data is holding trainings for employees of MIA Administration on the topic of personal data protection. Aim of the training is to boost qualification of experts working in the Ministry, who will hold lectures for the employees of various police units responsible for public information and consult them on the mentioned topic. Within the frames of cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the apparatus for the Protection of Personal data trainings are held with discussions on the topic of law, regulating personal data protection and practical aspects.
In MIA strategy 2014 special emphasis is made on the availability of the public information and providing transparency as well as on implementing innovative procedures in this direction which is in close interaction to the protection of the personal data.
In accordance with MIA strategy 2014, Ministry of Internal Affairs is implementing various activities that will move the Ministry to another level of transparency and ensure proper protection of the personal information.
In the future it was agreed to hold seminal trainings for employees of various MIA Departments and LEPL Agencies.
