The two-day informative and educational event held within the framework of the campaign of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - "Befriend the Police" ended in Zugdidi, which was held in the central square of the city. The event was opened in Zugdidi yesterday. Within the framework of the campaign, a similar event was held in the vicinity of the Alphabet Tower in Batumi, after which informational meetings began at schools.
The campaign of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - "Befriend the Police" will have a continuous character. In addition to Zugdidi and Batumi, public events will be held in other cities throughout the country. Juveniles and all interested persons will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of various units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and will be able to visit and view the equipment and special machinery of the Patrol Police, Emergency Response Center "112", Service Agency, Forensic-criminalistics Department, Border Police, Emergency Situations Management Service, Security Police and Special Tasks Department.
