On December 1, at 14:10 pm Emergency Response Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received report that conflict occurred between juveniles on Khorava Street in Tbilisi.
Police and ambulance crews made immediate response to the received report and arrived at the place at 14:19 pm. According to preliminary information D.S. (DoB 2001) was wounded with a cold steel and transferred to the hospital, while L.D. (DoB 2001) died as a result of the sustained injuries on the way to hospital.
In connection with the mentioned fact, investigation was launched on the fact of the premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code. Investigation activities are in progress at the moment.
