Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs obtained accreditation in accordance with ISO 21001:2018 international standard. Certificate of ISO 21001:2018 category is applied to educational organizations.
The process of obtaining ISO certificate for the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was funded by the EU Technical Assistance Project - "Promoting the Fight against Organized Crime" and with the involvement of the certification body - "Bureau Veritas Georgia".
ISO 21001:2018 is the latest publication of International Organization for Standardization in the field of regulation educational organizations management systems. ISO standard is focused on strengthening the management system of educational organizations, improving the quality of their services and products.
It is notable that, Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the only professional educational institution in Georgia, which has the certificate from the International Organization for Standardization - ISO 21001: 2018.
