As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, the employees of the main division for the fight against organized crime of the Central Criminal Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, I.C. (DoB 1973) was arrested in Tbilisi on the charge of providing lodging to prostitution.
The crime envisions by to 4 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the persons employed in the salon rented by the defendant, provided sexual services to clients in exchange for money, and systematically distributed the received sums to I.C.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 254, Part II of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
