The officers of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained previously convicted N.Kh. (DoB 1997) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on February 17, detainee inflicted lethal injuries to a taxi driver –D.Sh. (DoB 1956) on the territory of Karajalari village, Gardabani municipality. In order to conceal the traces of crime, detainee placed the victim’s body in his own car and set fire. After the mentioned, detainee fled from the place of crime.
Law enforcers managed to detain the offender shortly after the crime took place.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
