The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti police division under the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative and investigative activities detained Z.G. (DoB 1994) for premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on October 6, of the current year, in Pavleuri village, Dusheti municipality, detainee inflicted injury to N.G. (DoB 1961) supposedly with blunt object in head area. As a result, the victim died.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
