The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities solved the case of moped stealing that took on Chavchavadze Avenue. Law enforcers exposed juveniles for moped stealing.
Investigation established that citizen Sh.G. is the employee of “Glovo” company who, on October 5 of the current year, left his moped on the Bicycle line for few minutes and went to grocery store “Agro Hub” to take the order and noticed that his bicycle was stolen. Sh.G. reported the incident to Vake-Saburtalo police Main Division of Tbilisi Police Department.
Police managed to locate the stolen moped in Isani-Samgori district of Tbilisi.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing the means of transportation, article 177, III part, sub-paragraph “D” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
