The officers of the Adjara Police Department, Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the officers of the Prosecutor's Office of Adjara as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained R.B. (DoB: 1998) and N.B. R.B. (DoB: 1997) for the premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances of two or more individuals committed in group. The crime committed envisages from 13 to 20 years or life-term imprisonment.
The investigation established that the detainees, on August 5, 2017, in Khimshiashvili Street, as a result of a conflict by gripping the throat and blocking breathing passages murdered G.Kh. (DoB: 1998) and Z.S. (DoB: 1998) and fled from the crime scene.
On the basis of a judge's decision the law enforcers detained R.B. in the village Teleti, Gardabani municipality, and N.B. in Tbilisi.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder under the aggravating circumstances of two or more persons committed in group (sub-clause "e", part 2 and sub-clause "a" part 3 of the Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
