The officers of the Detectives Division of Shida Kartli Police Department and Kareli regional police Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities, detained B.Ts. (DoB 1996) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime entails the imprisonment from 7 to 15 years or life imprisonment
Investigation established that detainee inflicted multiple body injuries to his brother-in-law V.Tch. (DoD 1996) and fled from the place of crime. Due to the sustained injuries the victim died at the crime scene.
The weapon of murder- axe was seized by the law enforcers at the crime site as an evidence.
Investigative activities are underway to identify other possible criminal actions in the case.
