The officers of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities on the fact of not reporting the crime detained G.K. (DoB: 1973) in the village Shroma, Zestaphoni municipality. The crime committed by him envisages imprisonment from 2 to 4 years in length.
The investigation established that the offender had important information regarding the murder case of Kh. M., which took place on May 14 of the current year in Vazisubani settlement, although he did not report the law enforcement about it.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of non-reporting of crime (Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
