The officers of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained T.B. (DoB: 1968) for not reporting the crime. The crime committed envisages imprisonment from 2 to 4 years in length.
The investigation established that V.B. - accused of murder case which took place in Barnov Street, Tbilisi, on April 13 of the current year, later detained by law enforcers in Teleti - on April 14 after escaping from the crime scene came to the house of his relative T.B. and hid there. T.B. knew about the murder, but did not inform the police. The investigation is in progress under the article 376 of the Criminal Code of Georgia on the fact of non-reporting grave crime.
