The Ministry of Internal Affairs has solved another murder case, which took place on January 14, 2018 in Avchala Street, Zahesi settlement.
The officers of Gldani-Nadzaladevi Division and the officers of Detectives Division of Tbilisi Police Department as a result of jointly conducted operative and investigative activities detained in Tbilisi for premeditated murder previously convicted M.N. (DoB: 1982). The offense committed by him envisages the imprisonment from 16 to 20 years or life term imprisonment.
The investigation established that on January 14, 2018 in the store located in Avchala street, Zahesi settlement, the offender by shooting from the firearm wounded his acquaintance E.T (DoB: 1951) and his spouse I.Kh (DoB: 1968), consequently both victims died at the place of crime.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder of two or mode individuals committed under aggravating circumstances and illegal purchase, storage and carrying of firearms (Articles 109 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
