On March 7, this year the drivers of N150 mini-van were in one of the catering facilities in Tbilisi, Gakhokidze street. After leaving the facility, the drivers, being under the alcohol influence, had a quarrel in the mini-van.
According to the initial information of the investigation, one of the drivers, in particular I.Ch (date of birth: 1960) injured with a cold steel his accompanying individuals, the drivers of the same mini-van: A.Z (date of birth: 1977), G/K (date of birth: 1965), V.I (date of birth: 1967) and G.K (date of birth: 1961); after the mentioned he inflicted the self-injury and tried to escape from the scene. The police arrested him and took to the hospital.
All drivers involved in the incident are identified. Wounded persons have been hospitalized where they are taking appropriate treatment.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched investigation under the 3rd part of the article 19-109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies attempted murder of two or more persons in aggravating circumstances.
