The officers of Batumi police division of Adjara Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained two Turkish citizen- A.Q. (DoB 1991) for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs and H.B. (DoB 1988) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs.
During the personal search and search activities held in detainees’ houses law enforcers seized 17,012 gr. of heroin.
Investigation established that A.Q. sold drugs on the regular basis. Policemen also seized 7 pills of subutex drug and 3,9447 gr of heroin sold by the detainee to a certain citizen.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs, article 260, I and IV parts of the Criminal Code.
