The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia hosted the Director of the US National Central Bureau of Interpol.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Vladimer Bortsvadze familiarized members of the delegation with the implemented and ongoing projects of the Ministry. Georgian side expressed gratitude towards the United States for the support in the fight against crime and efforts made in capacity building of the agency.
Director of the US National Central Bureau of Interpol has outlined the successful cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries and expressed readiness to further assist Georgian side in the implementation of the future activities.
Sides have also agreed to further enhance the existing cooperation.
