Minister of Internal Affairs Vakhtang Gomelauri held meeting with Ambassador of the United States to Georgia Richard Norland and his adviser- Julia Tompson. The meeting had an introductory character.
Sides reviewed issues of cooperation between the US Department and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the sphere of border management and fight against trafficking. Vakhtang Gomelauri and Richard Norland also discussed ongoing as well as future plans and projects.
