The officers of investigation-operative Division Border of Police as a result of operative-investigative activities detained the citizen of Morocco Kejji I. (DoB 1989) for illegal crossing of Georgian state border.
Investigation established that Kejji I. avoided crossing Georgian state border and crossed it illegally.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal crossing of the state border, article 344, I part of the Criminal Code. The committed crime envisages from 3 to 5 years of imprisonment.
