As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested O.G., born in 1999, on charges of attempted illegal purchase, storage and sale of narcotics.
The committed crimes envision up to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation conducted by law enforcement officers revealed that the accused O.G. was attempting to purchase narcotics through “Telegram” application.
During the personal search of the accused person, the police also seized 5 packages of the narcotic drug "Clephedrone" from the locations indicated by him as evidence.
The investigation is underway under Article 260, Part 1 and Article 19-260, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
