The patrol-inspectors of Tbilisi Patrol Police Division of Patrol Police Department donated blood for children suffering from Leukemia within the frames of “Donate Blood Save Life” project.
Ministry of Internal Affairs has been donating blood already for two years at the Blood Bank of Iashsvili Clinic, within the frames of the memorandum, concluded between the two agencies. Patrol Police officers as well as other MIA units all across the country donate blood for children on the regular basis.
Patrol Police officers, besides the scheduled blood donation, also donate blood in case of emergencies in order to save lives of children suffering from Leukemia.
By participation in the project, Ministry of Internal Affairs is aimed at providing children with leukemia with blood supplies and blood components.
