The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained G.M. (DoB1985), as a result of operative and investigative activities for the attempted premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances.
The committed crime envisages from 11 to 14 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on December 15 of the current year, in the village of Tserovani, as a result of a domestic conflict, G.M. inflicted gunshot wounds to his neighbors- A.M. (DoB 1983), G.M. (DoB1990) and Z.M. (DoB1964); All three persons have been transferred to the hospital where they received appropriate medical treatment.
As a result of police activities, the law enforcers arrested G.M. the weapon of the crime is seized as evidence.
The investigation is underway under Article 19-109, Part I, Subparagraph “B” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
