The officers of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained several times convicted in past Z.M., (DoB 1952) as a result of operative-investigative activities. He was arrested on the charges of premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, in the village of Akhaldaba, Gori Municipality, with the motive of retaliation, shot the co-villager - VN, (DoB 1972) with a firearm in chest area and fled from the place of crime. Due to the sustained traumas, the victim died at the place of crime.
The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The fact of premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
