Employees of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational measures and investigative actions detained D.A. (DoB 1989) in Tbilisi for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on December 22 of the current year, on the basis of conflict that took place in Tbilisi, the accused person inflicted several wounds with a cold steel to his acquaintance - G.Ts. (DoB 1991) and hid from the scene of the incident.
Due to the received injuries, G.Ts. died on the spot.
Police, as a result of operational measures and investigative actions, detained D.A. few hours after the incident.
The weapon of crime was seized as evidence.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, which implies premeditated murder.
