The employees of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative measures and investigative actions detained L.B. (DoB1959) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
During the investigation, it was established that the accused person killed T.J. (DoB 1982) with a shot from a hunting rifle in Khelvachauri municipality, during a conflict that started from mutual dispute.
Police arrested L.B. as a result of immediate activities.
The law enforcement officers seized the weapon of crime - a hunting rifle as evidence.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is in progress under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
