The employees of Imereti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational-search measures and investigative actions, on the charge of premeditated murder, previously convicted G.M. (DoB 1988) was arrested.
The crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person inflicted fatal injuries with a cold steel to his neighboring woman - N.Kh. (DoB 1952) in Samtredia and hid from the scene.
As a result of the conducted investigative actions, the law enforcement officers arrested the accused person as a result of immediate activities.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
