Director of Special Tasks Department of MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center Mr. Merab Malania held meeting with the Internal Security Attache of the Embassy of France in Georgia Mr. Stephanie Ropers. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Director of the Special Tasks Department Mr. Temur Eubidze, Deputy Head of Staff Mr. Tite Medzmariashvili and other representatives of the same Department and the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center.
Within the frames of the meeting parties discussed the areas of bilateral cooperation, shared experience on maintenance of law and public order and defined the priorities for future collaboration.
The structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are actively cooperating with the Internal Security Attache of the Embassy of France in Georgia. Annual bilateral cooperation plans with the Ministry of Interior are agreed with the support of Attach. The employees of the Ministry are participating in various trainings and activities based on the annual plans.
