At MIA Academy expert from Netherlands – Aleksandre Bousema is holding training for employees of “112”. The mentioned training is held within the frames of project aimed at assisting disabled persons to contact “112” with SMS and video call.
Expert from Netherlands – Aleksandre Bousema will hold training in procedural aspects of the project for three days to the employees of “112” and operators of the mentioned department who are trained in sign language. At the trainings methods of effective communication with disabled persons were also discussed.
During the training Aleksandre Bousema shared international practice and European model applied abroad. The proaject is being implemented with the support of United Nations Development program (UNDP) and Swedish International Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
