The Minister of Internal Affairs, Vakhtang Gomelauri, met with the employees of Kakheti Police and Special Tasks Departments in Kakheti region.
Within the framework of the visit, the Minister of Internal Affairs also held a working meeting with the chiefs of Kakheti Police Department.
First Deputy Minister - Shalva Bedoidze, Deputy Minister - Giorgi Butkhuzi, and Director of Special Tasks Department - Zviad Kharazishvili attended the meeting as well.
Vakhtang Gomelauri received detailed information from the chiefs of the regional police department on the fight against crime in their operational areas, as well as on police preventive measures.
At the working meeting, the Minister of Internal Affairs focused on the priority directions of the Ministry's activities and gave relevant instructions to the leadership of the department.
Vakhtang Gomelauri expressed gratitude to the employees for their effective work.
