The officers of Tbilisi Bureau of Interpol along with patrol Police Department officers deployed at Tbilisi International Airport detained Ukrainian citizen I.K. (DoB 1958) wanted by the Kiev bureau of Interpol.
The mentioned person was wanted under the Criminal Code of Ukraine, article 255, I and V parts. The articles stand for creating criminal organization and appropriation of the property by the misuse of the authority.
At this moment pre-extradition procedure are underway against the detainee.
