The officers of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities detained K. Kh. (DoB: 1993) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that the detainee in the vicinity of Akhmeteli street, in Rustavi, as a result of a conflict inflicted injuries with a cold arm to T.K. (D.o.B.: 1973) and attempted to escape. The injured died at the scene of crime.
The law enforcers detained K.Kh. in several hours after committing the crime in Rustavi.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
