Approximately 150 employees of the Patrol Police Department and Security Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs participated in the charity marathon “All Run, World Runs, Georgia Runs!”.
The event was held for charity purposes all around the world simultaneously in 35 states located on 5 continents. The marathon is held annually and aims to assist patients suffering from spinal cord diseases. The Ministry of Internal Affairs participates in the event for the third year.
The International marathon in Georgia was held in Kakheti region along the Caucasus Mountains in vicinities of Lopota driveway.
The raised money from the charity campaign will be transferred completely to the research fund. The raised money will be spent on the medical researches by means of which it will be possible to cure diseases of the spinal cord.
